Te Taiwhenua o Te Whanganui ā Orotū extends a warm and sincere mihi to all our whānau and hapū members who dedicated a portion of their Easter Saturday to attend our Special General Meeting.

Your presence, participation, and vote of confidence ensure that our organisation is now constitutionally aligned under the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022 (the ISA). This mandate allows us to move forward with a clear and legal foundation for the benefit of our people.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to Tyler Paki and Tara Hauraki from Kāhui Legal for their expert guidance and support throughout these constitutional amendments.
